FOOD/MEAL DELIVERY
- Provides well balanced, nutritious hot meals to seniors and individuals with disabilities Monday thru Friday between 10:30am-1pm.
- Volunteers deliver meals and provide a safety check to seniors in Kannapolis, Concord and surrounding areas.
- Pet Food Assistance Program: Provides pet food on a monthly basis.
Cooperative Christian Ministry (CCM) CCM Delivers!

CCM delivers food to residents who are homebound but able to prepare their own meals. Criteria to participate are:
- Live within CCM’s service area of Cabarrus County and Kannapolis
- Low household income (qualifies for FNS [Food Stamps] or are within the USDA Income Eligibility Guidelines)
- Able and willing to cook own meals (most of the food provided requires preparation)
- Entire household is unable to access a food pantry due to disability, illness, or age (i.e. under 18)
- Lack of support system; no nearby friend or relative willing to visit a food pantry on your behalf.
